Just a minor point, the Advanced Fighting Fantasy is actually a softcover, and the pdf rules you linked to were a fan version from a while ago and are in no way official or related to the book release!

I picked up a copy of Destiny Quest Book 1yesterday here in one of the Half Price Books I’ve been loitering in. It was sitting on the shelf and cried out for me to take home. By Jove, it’s a BIG and HEAVY tome. Got it for just under $6. I’m waiting till Spring Break to sit down and play it, so that’ll be next Friday
