Still waiting for image permissions on a couple of other posts, so here’s a few visual treats for now.

The Canadian artist’s fantasy images are ideal for sparking just about anyone’s imagination. The ‘magical realism’ artwork even looks good in calendars; but we’ll link to one of his books, which is packed with a great selection of his work. There are other similar titles available, including Imagine a Night and Imagine a Place.

Picture Puzzles

There was a sudden rash of visual viral marketing puzzles a few years ago. We’ve tracked down fairly large copies of the images and picked a few of the most entertaining puzzles. The advertising is also unobtrusive in the examples we’ve linked to.

Those who saw them at the time may well have forgotten the answers, but find they get back into the idea very quickly. Those who haven’t tried them at all may find it takes a few minutes for titles to start popping into their heads.

We haven’t included links to the answers, because there’s a temptation to give up before getting started if they’re a single click away. Most of the answers are readily available via a Google search. We’ll post our efforts next week.
